Reviews and Ratings
Staying in a room above the pub was a delightful experience with a spacious layout and a comfortable bed. The view of the square with Christmas lights and the illuminated Blarney Castle added a beautiful touch. The service, provided by very polite staff who went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay, was exceptional. The location is brilliant, being just across the road from the castle and offering easy access to local attractions. The dining experience, although fresh and beautiful, had limited options at times. The facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable, creating a relaxing atmosphere.
The hotel's location is excellent, just across the road from the castle with great staff. The rooms were gorgeous despite a heat problem that couldn't be turned off. The service was exceptional and very welcoming. The dining experience was wonderful with a well-thought-out menu. The facilities overall were good and offered a lovely atmosphere.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was ideal, just 2 minutes from Blarney Castle and close to restaurants and pubs, but my room was directly over the bar, and noise from the hotel pub went on until 1 am on a Saturday night. The service was extremely helpful, especially with parking arrangements, and the staff were friendly and efficient. However, the dining experience was not superb, as the breakfast was delivered to the table, not buffet style, which I prefer.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were newly decorated and spotlessly clean, making me feel right at home. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to assist guests. While the location was perfect for exploring Blarney village, the heat in the room was a bit challenging to regulate. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience.
The hotel surpassed my expectations, with lovely rooms above a quiet bar. Despite a rare heatwave, everything was brilliant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return for the charm of the location, attached to beautiful restaurants in Blarney.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were gorgeous and very comfortable, located on the second floor which helped mitigate the sound of the music from the bar below. However, being beside the lift was a bit noisy at times, especially with the band playing in the pub until late on weekends.
My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The location is excellent, right at the entrance to the Blarney Castle parking, and I loved the proximity to the castle grounds. The rooms were cozy and provided a picturesque view of the square and Blarney Castle, making it a beautiful experience. The service was welcoming, although there were instances of noisy chatter in the hallways early in the morning. The dining experience was delightful, especially the fast and delicious breakfast. The facilities were well-kept, offering everything needed for a great stay.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were lovely, spacious, and beautifully decorated, making them a cozy spot for relaxation. The service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The location, right in the village of Blarney and across the street from the famous Blarney Castle, was just perfect. The dining experience was delightful, offering tasty and warm dishes. However, the parking was limited, and the noise from the bar below could be a bit disruptive at times.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were quite big and well-decorated, although a bit cold at first, they warmed up nicely once the heating was on. The hotel overlooks the village green and is spread over 3 levels. The service was amazing, with extremely friendly staff and beautiful decor. I received complimentary cake, which was a nice touch. Although there was a small blip with an employee rushing past us at check-out, overall, the service was top-notch. The location couldn't have been better for visiting the castle and grounds, especially to avoid crowds. The hotel is superbly refurbished and offers a quiet retreat at night while being in the heart of the lively Blarney village during the day. The dining experience was great, with a lot of choices and friendly staff, though it fell a bit short of Irish standards. The facilities were well-maintained and pleasant.
I had a great time at the hotel, although it was more like a pub with rooms. The location was superb, right at the entrance to Blarney Castle's parking area and close to everything. The rooms were lovely and had a wonderful view of the square with Christmas lights and Blarney Castle all lit up, but there was some noise from a nearby birthday party. The service was polite and professional, and the staff were extremely helpful. The dining experience offered a nice variety of delicious food, and the facilities were adequate. Overall, it was a good stay with a few minor drawbacks.
